They acknowledge a small number of Level IIa certification providers. That list includes the following: American Aquatics & Safety Training (AAST) Scouting America Ellis & Associates American National Red Cross YMCA Starfish Aquatics Institute World Academy of Safety & Health We prefer the American Red Cross, as that is a leading provider and closely aligns with our Board of Directors vision.
